Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Spain).

Carrier and tracking

We ship with FedEx. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery times

Spain: 2–4 working days. Rest of Europe: 5–8 working days. These are estimates from the moment your order ships; delays caused by the carrier or customs are outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free within Europe on the Full Season Pack (2 Sprays) and the Team Pack (10 Sprays).

Where we ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout.

Customs and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge the cost of sending it again.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at miquelvallcorba@spidergripspray.com and we will help you. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
